I'm Penny Pucket, owner and lead bookkeeper at CopperCoin Bookkeeping. With over 40 years of financial experience spanning industries from agriculture to medical billing, I've seen just about every kind of financial mess — and I've learned exactly how to untangle it. I understand the challenges business owners face because I've spent decades in the middle of them, and I'm passionate about helping you gain clarity, save time, and grow your business with real confidence.

A Bit About Me

 

One of the toughest jobs I ever took on, the woman training me suddenly stopped coming in after just one day. I had no choice but to pull out the program manual myself and figure it out—while single-handedly managing phone calls, scheduling, assisting the doctor with patients, dictating notes, and handling all the billing and payment posting, all at once. That instinct comes partly from 35 years running my own farm, where I learned firsthand how one mistake can mean real tax consequences.
